Provisional Programme for Oxford Summer School Published

The complete draft programme of the Fourth Annual Oxford Animal Ethics Summer School on the Ethics of Fur is now published online. It comprises sixty one presenters from more than ten countries.

“This has to be the most comprehensive academic conference on fur ethics ever held”, said Clair Linzey, Director of the Summer School and Centre Deputy Director. “We are delighted to have been able to organise such a ground breaking event.”

We are thrilled that Downton Abbey actor and celebrity Peter Egan will be our Guest Speaker at the Gala Dinner.

Award winning vegetarian chef Leon Lewis will be providing vegan food throughout the Summer School.

The Summer School is being organised by the Oxford Centre for Animal Ethics in partnership with Respect for Animals Educational Trust and the University of Winchester.
