National Petition for Animal Cruelty Offenders Register

Centre Director Professor Andrew Linzey’s call for a national animal offenders register has now become the subject of a national petition to DEFRA (Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) of the UK government.

At the time of writing, more than 7,000 people have signed the petition.
